Does every player need an account?
To join a tournament or sign up for an event, yes: each player signs in on their own phone. Tracking a casual game never needs an account.
What if the store wifi drops?
The life tracker runs on the phone and keeps working. Joining, reporting results and live standings need a connection, so a result is reported once the phone is back online.
One shared device, or everyone's phones?
Both work. Each table can track on one phone, while pairings and results live on every player's own phone.
Can I fix a result someone reported wrong?
Yes. The organizer can change any match result, and the standings recalculate.
What does it cost?
It's free while Sanctum is in beta.
Can my players get the app?
Sanctum is in closed beta, so ask for invites for your group ahead of time on the Get the app page.
